Call Center Agent – Customer Service | Pest Control Industry

What You’ll Do: 

  • Be the first point of contact for customer calls, expertly guiding them through our services. We will train you!
  • Think on your feet—quickly assess customer needs and confidently offer the best solutions.
  • Capitalize on every call, maintaining a high closing rate while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay composed and professional in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Multi-task effectively, navigating computer systems while engaging in real-time conversations.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow agents and management to achieve team goals.
  • Provide expert knowledge on our pest control services, answering questions with clarity and confidence.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and complete necessary paperwork efficiently.
  • Maintain flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
 
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred (call center environment a plus!).
  • Excellent phone communication skills—a friendly, engaging, and persuasive approach.
  • Strong ability to navigate computer systems while actively handling customer inquiries.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • A problem solver who thrives under pressure with confidence.
