We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Bistro Manager to lead the daily operations of our Marriott hotel Bistro. In this role, you will oversee food and beverage service, manage and develop team members, ensure excellent guest experiences, and maintain compliance with Marriott brand standards and food safety regulations.
The Bistro Manager is responsible for scheduling, inventory management, cost control, training, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will work closely with hotel leadership to achieve operational goals while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and a positive work environment for associates.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Previous food and beverage management experience is preferred.
