The Work:
Help individuals who've experienced homelessness build stability and independence.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Sound judgment and ability to remain calm during crises
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work across two nearby residential facilities
Principle Activities:
- Provide onsite support and oversight across REACH II and Crossroads II programs.
- Conduct regular facility walkthroughs and help maintain a safe environment.
- Respond to client needs and crises using trauma-informed and de-escalation approaches.
- Support client autonomy, self-determination, and independent living.
- Maintain accurate shift logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
- Communicate with program staff and Division Directors to ensure continuity of care.

Compensation: $10.50 per hour
