The Work:
Help individuals who've experienced homelessness build stability and independence. You'll support participant-led goals, provide case management, and truly change lives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or a comparable human service field or at least five years of direct care experience in human services.
- Knowledge of entitlements and social services; experience with our targeted population preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance required.

Compensation: $32,000.00 per year
