About the role

Safely transport materials to the accurate location, stock kitting line and prepare orders for shipping.

Responsibilities

· Train and onboard new Material Handlers.

· Serve as the designated trainer for newly hired Material Handlers.

· Perform Milk Run

Qualifications

· 100% completion of the Material Handler Certification Matrix.

· Demonstrated competency in every certification.

· Meets attendance, safety, and quality expectations.

· No active corrective actions.

· Leadership recommendation.

· Promotion based on operational needs.
