Travel: Some in-person meetings and travel throughout Virginia required

Position Summary

The Field Team Operations Manager (FTOM) provides leadership and direction to field team members to help them achieve and exceed organizational goals. This role oversees field operations while ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, employee engagement, and exceptional client service.

The FTOM works collaboratively across departments to execute strategic initiatives, strengthen organizational culture, and develop high-performing teams that embody Moms In Motion's mission, vision, and core values.

This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in Virginia and be available to attend required in-person meetings and travel as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop field team members to maximize performance and engagement.
  • Implement organizational strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and values-driven culture throughout the field organization.
  • Execute operational and financial plans to support organizational growth and sustainability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to achieve or exceed goals.
  • Ensure exceptional client service and high-quality work products across the field teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leaders and external partners.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while creating opportunities for professional growth.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement effective, scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to improve processes, efficiency, and organizational performance.
  • Present information effectively to employees, leadership, and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading and growing organizational operations.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding operational goals.
  • Experience executing strategic growth initiatives.
  • Proven business development and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and employee development abilities.
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom Workplace.
  • Ability to travel within Virginia as needed.
  • Must reside in Virginia.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, Medicaid services, case management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed or remote teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent leadership experience).

Compensation: $68,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
