POSITION SUMMARY:
- Performs inter-office and outer-office errands as directed.
- Picks up, sorts, and distributes incoming mail.
- Collects, sorts, and stamps outgoing mail.
- Stocks designated work areas with various products such as paper, beverages, and general office supplies; assists in managing local office supply inventory and placing supply orders as needed.
- Sets up and maintains coffee stations.
- Maintains conference rooms, copy rooms, and break rooms in a neat and orderly fashion; handles conference room setup and cleanup between meetings; loads and empties dishwashers; cleans microwaves, fridges, and coffee pots; tidies copy rooms; and performs other general housekeeping/cleaning duties in common areas.
- Coordinates and orders lunches as directed.
- Assists administrative staff with various projects, including but not limited to scanning, copying, and compiling documents.
- Learns and adapts to new software tools, processes, and operational procedures.
- Provides support to the Receptionist's responsibilities as needed, including answering, screening, and routing incoming calls; greeting and directing clients, visitors, and guests; and scheduling conference rooms.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel and external clients.

- Minimum one year experience working in a professional environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and other similar software.
