POSITION SUMMARY:

Develop overall event strategy and vision for all Mobilization and Development events.

Assist with major components of other events such as the World Missions Summit, General Council, GRTT meetings, Recruitment etc.

Under the direction of the Director, oversees venue selection and facility arrangements to ensure the venue space provides optimal enjoyment.

Partner with the Logistics Coordinator to finalize all event needs from the venue.

Review and execute contracts in coordination with Contract Solutions and Event Services.

Establish dates with the Mobilization/Development Director and relevant parties and ensure they are well communicated to departments or other stakeholders.


QUALIFICATIONS:

-  High school diploma required.

- College degree preferred

- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).

- Previous event planning experience.

- Contract negotiation experience.

- Familiar with creating FRP's and BEO's.

- Proven experience working with a team.

- Customer service.

- General office skills.

Compensation: $18.35 per hour
