who are at high risk of out- of-home placement
· Services are provided to both the child and the family
· Provides leadership and creates vision for staff resulting in an understanding and a belief in recovery
· Plans and determines team work priorities, staff utilization and caseloads
· Implements and monitor the team’s clinical practices, efficiencies and effectiveness
· Provides direct services, documents treatment, and provides clinical guidance as directed to clinical
and other staff as appropriate
· Works on-call on a rotational basis with the program staff
· Registered with the State of Michigan as a Licensed Master’s Social Worker, Limited Licensed
Psychologist or Licensed Professional Counselor
· At least one year experience as an MST clinician. Five or more years’ experience providing mental
health services and two or more years’ supervisory experience
· Must meet the standards for Child Mental Health Professional
· MST Training and certification preferred
· Must have reliable means of transportation and maintain safe driving permit
