What you’ll do (your setlist)
  • Headline the guest experience: greet, read the room, and make every guest feel like a VIP—Headliner Hospitality at the bar.
  • Craft consistently: build cocktails to spec, balance flavors, batch preps (syrups, juices, garnishes), and dial in presentation.
  • Sell through service: offer tastings in taster glasses, suggest pairings with pizzas/apps, and spotlight features & beer releases.
  • Move with purpose: manage high-volume tickets, run tabs, handle cash/POS accurately, and keep a clean, organized station.
  • Serve responsibly: verify IDs, pace high-ABV orders, and use sound judgment.
  • Team first: communicate with host/servers/expo, help stage the pass, and jump in where the shift needs you.
What you bring
  • 1–2+ years bartending in high-volume or craft-focused spots (brewpub experience = big plus).
  • Cocktail fundamentals, beer knowledge, and curiosity to keep learning.
  • Calm, quick, and clean—under pressure you get sharper, not sloppier.
  • Respect for standards: sanitation, allergy awareness, ID checks, and safety.

  • Valid alcohol service certification and food handler (or ability to obtain).

Basics & requirements
  • Nights/weekends/holidays availability (prime time).
  • Stand/walk for long periods; lift and move up to ~40 lbs (kegs/cases with help).
  • Comfortable with POS, cash handling, and recipe systems.

Compensation: $2.13 per hour
