NO REMOTE WORK.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Coordinate with the Administrative Assistant to review monthly charges and submit journal entry requests.

Maintain Eurasia office missionary and missionary associate rolodex files.

Maintain the calendar and appointments for the Regional Director, including but not limited to dates of various committees, field fellowship meetings, etc.

Coordinate all meeting arrangements for the Regional Director and Area Director's both on and off site in collaboration with Convention Services.

Answer incoming calls and transfer according to need.

Place conference calls, outgoing local and overseas calls.  Record and transcribe where advisable, follow through on any requests.


QUALIFICATIONS

- High school graduate.

- Minimum one year secretarial experience.

- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite.  Microsoft Access).

- Data Entry.

- Receptionist.

- Customer Service Skills.

- General Office Skills.

Compensation: $16.48 per hour
