Mission:

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and strategic usefulness of data within Rock RMS (our Church Management System) so that ministry leaders can confidently make decisions that support discipleship and spiritual growth.

Outcomes:

Support the Digital Team and its data integrity specialists.
Champion and execute our data integrity strategy.
Monitor and improve data quality by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all records.
Review and resolve duplicate records using best practices for merging.
Maintain person and family data accuracy (recognizing that core data, such as family structure and attributes, are foundational in Rock).
Partner with ministry teams to improve data entry habits and system usage.
Protect sensitive information by following data privacy and security best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and automation within Rock to reduce manual errors.

Preferred Competencies:

Proficient in using the Rock RMS program, or similar database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Informed and knowledgeable about data privacy principles and best practices.

Work Location: 131 Commercial Parkway, Building 1, Branford, CT 06405

Schedule: Total of 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility on schedule based on availability.
