POSITION SUMMARY:

Help compile Assemblies of God World Missions (AGWM) world stats from field leadership annually and manage the database.

Update and maintain both quantitative and qualitative information using various database applications (e.g., MS Excel, MS Access, Salesforce).

Assist in preparing and reviewing statistics for AGWM publications.

Assist the manager in preparing the Annual Personnel Report.

Prepare, disseminate, and analyze results of surveys in "Qualtrics" and similar online tools.

Update databases (e.g., StratOp dashboard, attrition database) with information coming from Executive Committee minutes and other official sources.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree required (Intercultural studies, statistics, data analytics or related field).

- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite, MS Access, Salesforce).

- Strong written and verbal communication.

- Detail oriented with organizational and time management abilities.

- Demonstrates ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Data Entry.

- Customer Service.

- General Office Skills.

Compensation: $21.54 per hour
