Frontlines and Facilities Assistant
The Frontlines and Facilities Assistant is full-time and is a key player in supporting the operations and functions of
the Frontlines ministry and Facilities team at LifeMission Church. The Frontlines Ministry is dedicated to facilitating
hospitable and effective weekend services to serve our guests and the congregation as a whole. The Frontlines and
Facilities Assistant must be detail-minded, exhibit a high level of initiative, and have a strong commitment to
excellence. This role reports to the Frontlines Manager.
Principal Responsibilities:
Frontlines Department:
Assist in leading Frontlines serve team members and performing Frontlines duties during weekend
services
Complete recurring weekly Frontlines duties to ensure the department is prepared for weekend services
Order and maintain Frontlines inventory, print materials, and resources
Maintain Rock Database, onboard, and schedule Frontlines serve team members
Plan and execute logistics for serve team gatherings, trainings, and meetings
Attend meetings with serve team members and the Frontlines Manager as needed
Support and serve a first as point of contact for the Frontlines Mid-week Prep serve team
Assist Frontlines Manager with major weekend events such as Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s
Day
Maintain first aid supplies including Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) including registration with
local municipalities.
Maintain Square point of sale system for Mission Grounds Cafe
Meet regularly with Frontlines Manager and team as needed to ensure coordination of events and
campus needs
Other duties as assigned
Facilities and Grounds:
Oversee and maintain utility service accounts, audit monthly bills for accuracy, and maintain
internal record
Maintain building access rights and policies for non-staff
Assist with facilities and grounds planning on events and campus needs at LifeMission Church
campuses
Assist with Facility Rentals and be liaison or point of contact for facility rentals
Complete rental contracts for facility rentals and building usage
Assist Facilities Manager with eSpace as needed.
Assist Facilities Manager as needed.

In 2002 LifeMission Church was born as a Bible study in Pastor Clint and Mary’s Olathe home.
