Primary Health Care Centers is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Services Representative to join our front office team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key part in creating a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

In this role, you will greet patients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude, ensuring each person feels valued and supported. You will manage incoming calls, schedule and reschedule appointments, and keep patient information accurate and up to date in our system.
You will also collect payments, assist patients with basic billing questions, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment. As part of your daily responsibilities, you will verify insurance information, check patients in through our EMR system, and ensure patient flow runs smoothly.
This position also supports our medication assistance program by helping patients complete applications, coordinating provider signatures, and ensuring medications are properly documented, stored, and distributed.
You will play an important role in maintaining compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards while participating in required trainings and supporting a patient-centered care environment.
As part of our Front Office Team, you will be cross-trained in multiple areas and may rotate between clinics or assist with evening coverage as needed.

We are seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, can multitask effectively, and remains calm and professional in a busy setting.
Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role is preferred, along with basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems. Experience with insurance verification or medical terminology is a plus.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
