- A minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Valid Maine RN license
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Home Health Nursing Manager.
- The ability to demonstrate leadership, managerial ability, good interpersonal relationships, communication, and the application of sound administrative principles.
- Prior Senior Leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, collaborative, and people skills.
- Conversant and able to drive the compliance of home health licensing regulations and payer requirements.
- Skilled at facilitating meetings and the effective work of others.
- Ability to determine appropriate course of action in more complex situations.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team, exercise creativity, be attentive to detail, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and to prioritize work.
- Ability to complete work assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to handle difficult situations involving clients, client family members, physicians, clinical staff, and payer sources.
- Good computer skills with the ability to use MSOffice products and use of secure networks to type reports and input and view data in databases.
- Valid Maine Driver's license, reliable transportation, auto liability insurance, and a safe driving record.
