Part-time 20 hours per week, flexible schedule, on call rotation 

POSITION:                 Performs assessments, write quarterly summaries, and recommends any changes regarding resident care plans in compliance with state rules and regulations.  Function as a team member with other departments using an interdisciplinary approach to assure quality resident care.  
 
SUPERVISES:            Assists with the supervision of Nursing Staff.
 
POSITION
QUALIFICATIONS: 
·         Current, valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa required.
·         Regular attendance is required.
·         Previous supervising experience preferred.
·         Working knowledge of Federal & State long-term care regulations and laws required.
·         CPR certification required.
·         Required to work a flexible schedule as needed and requested.
·         Computer experience or interest in learning computer skills.
·         Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
