- Provide direct administrative support to the Vice President for Enrollment, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reconciliation
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes for internal and external meetings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries on behalf of the Vice President
- Maintain enrollment calendar, recurring meetings, birthday celebrations, etc.
- Assist Vice President in supervision of departmental budget
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Manage all admissions and university email inboxes, physical mail, and voicemail
- Ensure lobby and shared spaces are welcoming and in proper order for visitors
- Assist with student worker supervision and training as it relates to front desk and data management
- Place and track needed supply, promotional, and collateral orders
- Assist with coordination of enrollment initiatives, timelines, and special projects
- Track action items, follow-ups, and deadlines related to enrollment priorities
- Help prepare and organize data, reports, manuals, and documentation related to admissions, recruitment, and enrollment efforts
- Support planning and execution of enrollment-related events
- Support collaboration across enrollment functions (Admissions, Graduate School, Marketing, Financial Aid, etc.)
- Collaborate and assist towards the goal of inventory management
- Assist directors in the research and management of special projects
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the Vice President
- Process all incoming transcripts and documents for graduate and doctoral applicants
- Create incoming degree plans for graduate and doctoral applicants
- Serve as secondary processing specialist for undergraduate applications, if needed, during peak times of the enrollment cycle
- Assist in the management of admissions data within the Slate CRM through various quality management processes and query execution
- Assist in the ingestion of lead data through data entry, upload dataset, and source formats within the Slate CRM
- Serve as a resident expert of data between the Slate CRM and campus SIS
- Faith, service, and lifestyle that meets University expectations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in higher education
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with data, reports, and basic analytics
- Familiarity with enrollment, admissions, or student-facing operations
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. CRM and project management software experience preferred.
