Faulkton Area Medical Center is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the offices of the CEO, CFO, and Human Resources. This role is ideal for a professional who is organized, dependable, and able to manage confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and Human Resources
- Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and records
- Prepare reports, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Assist with board meetings and special projects
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or GED required, associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Previous administrative or executive assistant experience preferred

Faulkton Area Medical Center is an independent, non-profit, 12-bed Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic.
