Prestonwood Country Club is now hiring Front Desk Attendants to join our Fitness Center team! These are Part-Time positions requiring flexible schedules for either AM or PM shifts. AM shift 6am-12pm and 12pm-4:30pm ORPM shift: 4:30pm-9pm on the weekdays, 1pm-7pm on the weekends or holidays. We are a privately owned and operated country club nestled inside Preston, a premier residential community located in the heart of Cary, NC. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for front desk services maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere for members and guests.

PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Screens members verifying member/guest status
Answers telephone, takes messages, and transfers calls
Directs members to appropriate staff/schedules appointments
Answers questions about hours of operation, check-in policy, guest fees, swim team, and other scheduled events.
Rings up sales of merchandise and guest fees.
Keeps reception desk neat and clean.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Display excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate an ability to provide excellent service to members and guests.
Show excellent oral and written communication skills.
Illustrate and promote attention to detail.
