SUMMARY
The Facilities and Technology Manager provides leadership and hands-on technical support for both technology and facility systems across all CTL sites. This position oversees daily IT operations, manages user and device administration through Microsoft 365 and Intune, and assists with access control, network troubleshooting, and technology-related projects. The role also supports facilities operations through coordination with technicians on low-level maintenance and setup tasks. Working under the direction of the Director of Facilities, this position helps develop and implement internal processes, supports cost-saving initiatives by reducing vendor dependency, and ensures that CTL’s technology and facility systems operate efficiently, securely, and reliably.

· Administers and maintains Microsoft 365 and Intune environments, including user onboarding/offboarding, licensing, and device management.
· Oversees configuration and monitoring of endpoint security, Teams Phone systems, and network/Wi-Fi infrastructure.
· Supports access control, security, and alarm systems, coordinating with vendors as needed for escalated issues.
· Provides technical guidance and assigns lower-level tickets or setup tasks to facilities technicians.
· Provides hands-on support for reactive work orders and facility needs when additional assistance is required.
· Maintains inventory of technology hardware, software licenses, and building system assets.
· Assists in developing and documenting processes, SOPs, and workflow improvements related to IT and facilities operations.
· Partners with the Director of Facilities to plan and implement technology upgrades, budgeting, and vendor management.
· Supports troubleshooting of facilities-related systems such as HVAC controls, AV equipment, and other building technologies.
· Ensures timely response to service requests while maintaining a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.

· Provides occasional early-morning or after-hours response to system outages or urgent issues.
· Travels to additional CTL sites as required to support system setup, inspection, or troubleshooting.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer systems, or a related technical field preferred.
· 3–5 years’ experience in IT systems administration, technical support, or network management.
· Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams administration, and Windows-based environments required.
· Experience with access control, network equipment, or building automation systems preferred.
· Prior leadership or coordination of technical staff preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
· Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Intune device management, and basic networking principles.
· Ability to balance IT and facilities responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
· Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to lead, delegate, and coordinate work while maintaining a team-oriented culture.
· Skilled in maintaining system security, data integrity, and inventory accuracy.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
