We are a family-owned, value-based organization placing the needs of our customers and team members above all else! We have seven locations throughout Wisconsin and Illinois, and are looking to add a Director of In-Home Sales to our Elkhorn Team! 
 
As the Director of In-Home Sales, you will lead the sales strategy and execution for the Adams’ Home Services Division, which includes electrical services, plumbing, HVAC, and home backup generator services. This role is responsible for leading and developing a dynamic sales team, designing and implementing division-wide sales strategies, setting and monitoring quotas, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with key teammates and industry partners to build and execute market plans. The Director of In-Home Sales also serves as a senior sales leader, engaging directly with customers and driving growth across all service lines. 
 
Qualifications: 
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of sales leadership experience in home services or construction trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Solar, or related industries) required. Proven experience leading effective sales teams required. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, marketing, or related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree. 
  • Technical Skills: Proven success in designing and executing sales strategies across multiple service lines within a growth-oriented environment required. 
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and standard business software required. Experience with CRM and sales performance tools required. Knowledge of ServiceTitan software a plus. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders required. 
  • Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions under pressure required. 
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide teams through accountability and positive team culture required. 
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and a willingness to travel to job sites is required. 
Schedule & Benefits:
This is a first-shift, Monday - Friday role. Some later hours or weekends may be necessary depending on workload. The pay range for this role is based on recent, relevant experience in the building trades industry. Working Conditions & Employment Policies: 
 
Physical Demands:  
This position is based in an office setting and involves standard computer and phone use. The role also requires travel to across service areas to engage with customers and team members directly. The ability to move between locations is necessary. 

Work Environment: 
The position is primarily office based with regular visits to customer homes. The employee may be exposed to varying weather conditions, noise levels, and hazards typically associated with such work. Appropriate safety protocols and PPE must be followed when required. Travel between client locations is expected, and occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines or respond to urgent issues.

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
