JOB OVERVIEW
Design and program engaging, relevant, and memorable large group experiences for all Next Gen environments (birth – 12th grade) and Next Gen ministry events.
Design and program engaging, relevant, and memorable large group experiences for all Next Gen environments (birth – 12th grade) and Next Gen ministry events.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Collaborate with all ministry leads to create engaging experiences across large group environments that support small group experiences
- Shepherd, recruit, schedule, and train coach and volunteer teams of adults and students (tech, producers, set team, and host/teaching teams) in all Next Gen environments
- Contribute to all Next Gen events
Production, Programming, & Tech:
- Shepherd and lead production coaches to oversee all Next Gen large group environments and lead their teams through weekend production
- Oversee production planning and programming for all Next Gen large group experiences, milestones and ministry events
- Produce all Next Gen milestone and major ministry events
- Build Planning Services to provide order of service content for all Next Gen weekend environments and events
- Oversee Next Gen technical equipment
- Coordinate with Production staff to implement best practices for production and technology
- Coordinate with Production staff to schedule regular trainings on equipment and processes
- Provide Sunday morning oversight and support of Next Gen spaces
- Oversee and shepherd all Next Gen Producers
- Oversee set team, stage design and set development for all TrailKids large group environments
Teaching Team:
- Oversee all TrailKids host team/content, scripts/message content, organize props
- Execute vision for Next Gen large group experiences
- Coordinate deliverables for speaker content and scheduling in PTSM environments
Worship:
- Drive the ministry with a holistic lens that innovates new ways to reach the next generation
- Ensure worship sets are scheduled at least one month out for Preteen and student environments
- Collaborate with Worship Coordinator to train Worship Coaches, empower student leaders, and include worship kids in our large group serve culture
- Collaborate with TrailKids Pastor, Student Pastor, and other ministry leads to choose worship content that supports relevancy, engagement, and cohesiveness
- Collaborate with the Next Gen teams to create a cohesive experience for kids, students, and families

- Proficient in digital media, including but not limited to, ProPresenter, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Understands the creative process and creative people
- College degree preferred
