Job Summary:
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our hiring efforts, managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You'll partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective strategies to attract and hire top talent. We are seeking someone who can adapt to staffing changes and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

You'll be responsible for ensuring every candidate has a positive experience with our company. Your day-to-day will involve sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers. Additionally, you'll track and analyze key recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring process.

Over time, you will be expected to play a key role in attracting future talent. You'll build our employer brand in the community through partnerships with colleges, participation in job fairs, coordinating internship/externship programs, and by strengthening our social media and online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple departments and positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job postings, and design sourcing strategies.
  • Screen resumes and conduct thorough phone screens.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring clear communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Draft and extend job offers in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
  • Create, track, and maintain recruitment metrics for the executive team. 

Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to identify and attract candidates using various sourcing methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Strong skills in conducting phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, fit, potential, and motivation.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and strong computer skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing hiring needs. 
  • Self-directed, proactive and resourceful in overcoming challenges.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • PNS offers a competitive compensation package including; Medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
  • Compensation based on skill, experience and tenure.

Pay range: $63,000-$73,000
Compensation: $63,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
