Vintage Realty Company is seeking a driven and results-oriented Leasing Consultant to join the team at The Standard, a premier residential property in the heart of downtown Shreveport.

Position Overview:

As the face of The Standard, you will serve as both a sales representative and brand ambassador, delivering a high level of customer service while meeting and exceeding leasing goals. We’re looking for someone who understands the sales process, is comfortable promoting a luxury product, and can confidently close deals. Experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, concierge services, or customer-facing sales roles is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet prospective residents with professionalism, enthusiasm, and hospitality

  • Conduct engaging tours of the community and highlight key features and amenities

  • Respond quickly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries

  • Maintain a warm and welcoming leasing office environment

  • Keep model units and vacant apartments clean, staged, and tour-ready

  • Guide applicants through the leasing process and complete paperwork accurately

  • Consistently follow up and close on qualified leads to meet or exceed leasing goals

  • Participate in community outreach and local networking to drive traffic and exposure

  • Address any move-in deficiencies promptly and ensure smooth resident transitions

  • Stay informed on local rental market trends and competing properties

  • Comply with all housing laws and company policies (Fair Housing, ADA, etc.)

  • Complete regular training, including customer service and sales techniques

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of leasing, sales, or hospitality/front desk experience

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in leasing or customer service environments

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and closing skills

  • High level of professionalism and confidence when interacting with prospects and residents

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy (Microsoft Office required; leasing software a plus)

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance

  • Must pass background check and drug screening

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly wage plus commission and performance-based bonuses

  • Health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Paid time off: vacation, sick, personal, and holidays

  • Mileage reimbursement and company-provided uniforms (as applicable)

  • Ongoing training and opportunities for growth within a respected property management company
