You'll help with:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, toileting, eating) based on individual care plans
- Sharing meaningful moments—baking, crafting, exercising, or just enjoying conversation
- Administering medications (we’ll train you!)
- Documenting daily activities and progress
- Creating a safe, welcoming environment—inside and out
- Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Sharing joy through conversation, creativity, and connection
- Making someone’s day—every day
- A heart for service and a desire to help others live full, joyful lives
- No experience needed—we’ll train you!
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality
- Willingness to complete CBRF certification and training within 90 days (don’t worry, we’ll pay!)
- Ability to pass a background and driving record check
- A valid driver’s license (required for some 1st shift roles)
