We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team. This role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business goals and enhance our organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management with a focus on talent acquisition, employee development, performance management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruiting
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop employees.
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and meet organization needs.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries, addressing issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Implement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
Compensation and Benefits
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Analyze market trends to recommend improvements to compensation structures.
Compliance and Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and organization policies.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
HR Analytics
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR KPI’s, including turnover, hiring, and diversity.
- Utilize HR data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field; or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in progressive HR management.
- Strong knowledge or HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and data analysis.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Compensation: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
