When potential clients call us, they’re often facing tough times. That’s where you come in. As an Intake Representative, you’ll be one of the first voices they hear. Your ability to listen, ask the right questions, and offer support can truly make a difference.
What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Do:
- Talk with potential clients and explain our services
- Follow up with leads and help turn them into clients (No Cold Calling)
- Meet team goals and timelines
- Answer questions and handle client concerns with care
- Keep clients informed about their appointments and next steps
Qualifications:
- A confident, friendly phone presence
- The ability to stay calm and compassionate
- Comfort with using Microsoft Office and data entry
- Experience in customer service or phone-based sales
- An eye for detail and a focus on follow-through
