Job Title:          Guest Services Agent

Reports To:      Guest Services Manager 
Schedule:         Mornings, Mid-day, Evenings (5 days a week), including Weekends

Join a dynamic, service-focused team at Goodstone Inn, where excellence and teamwork define the guest experience. As the first point of contact, you'll provide warm, professional service from reservation to check-out, ensuring every guest feels valued.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures
  • Handle reservations and phone inquiries efficiently
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs with exceptional service
  • Operate hotel systems (Maestro, Aloha) and follow procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information
  • Support concierge services and coordinate guest experiences
Qualifications:

  • 1+ year in hospitality or customer service
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused
  • Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Must be 18+ and fluent in English

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
