Covey operates five residential homes, an office space, and a small fleet of vehicles along the Appleton to Oshkosh corridor. As we’ve grown, so has our need for a dedicated Maintenance Specialist to ensure our spaces and vehicles are safe, functional, and welcoming.

Your Key Responsibilities
  •  Perform general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair)
  • Handle minor carpentry (drywall, painting, flooring)
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure our facilities are safe and functional
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and licensing requirements
  • Respond promptly to repair needs and service requests using Microsoft tools (Planner, Outlook)
  • Coordinate contracted services (snow removal, HVAC, landscaping, fire systems, etc.)
  • Manage routine vehicle maintenance across Covey’s small fleet
  • Travel regularly to all Covey locations
