Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair)
- Handle minor carpentry (drywall, painting, flooring)
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure our facilities are safe and functional
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and licensing requirements
- Respond promptly to repair needs and service requests using Microsoft tools (Planner, Outlook)
- Coordinate contracted services (snow removal, HVAC, landscaping, fire systems, etc.)
- Manage routine vehicle maintenance across Covey’s small fleet
- Travel regularly to all Covey locations
