About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at VIP Hospitality Group LLC as a Hotel Housekeeper in beautiful Newport, OR! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when stock is low.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist in laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
