About the Role:
Join VIP Hospitality Group LLC as a Hotel Housekeeper in The Dalles, OR, where you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests. We seek dedicated individuals who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and enhancing guest experiences at our beautiful hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
- Assist with laundry duties and ensure all linens are clean and well-organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests while maintaining privacy and security.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily cleaning goals.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
