- Help track and manage the materials we need to build world-class equipment
- Use systems like Epicor (MRP), KANBAN, or Excel to make sure the right parts arrive on time
- Support projects like onboarding new suppliers and improving how we buy parts
- Research and work with vendors to get the best quality and pricing
- Assist with basic negotiations and maintain vendor relationships
- Monitor delivery schedules and help prevent supply delays
- Collaborate across departments—production, logistics, procurement—to keep things moving
- Use tools like Excel or Power BI to analyze data and support smarter decisions
- College coursework or degree in supply chain preferred, business, or a related field is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or purchasing preferred—but we’ll train the right person
- Comfortable using Excel; bonus if you’ve used MRP systems like Epicor
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with a team
- Interest in manufacturing, problem-solving, and making things better every day
