Tomorrow's Children is looking for an ambitious Youth Care Worker, with the drive and experience to make a difference in the lives of the children we serve. Tomorrow's Children Inc is a Non Profit Residential Treatment Facility that provides treatment for children with emotional and behavior problems. We work with these children in a homelike environment teaching them daily living skills, proper social skills, appropriate behavior on a daily basis.
- Supervise and interact with 6 to 7 children with emotional and/or behavioral problems in a home-like environment.
- Remain alert and awake to train and monitor 6-7 children with severe behavior problems throughout the designated shift. 11pm-7am
- Accurately record and update records
- Perform general cleaning, household responsibilities, and minor maintenance necessary to keep the children safe
$2.00 Differential pay on weekends and holidays
Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Our mission is to provide a structured, safe environment that offers stability and security for children and families while providing trauma informed therapeutic approaches to teach resiliency.
We treat children with behavioral and emotional issues that require intensive care.
