 We’re looking for a Cabinet Field Service Technician to join our dynamic operations team! In this hands-on role, you’ll handle on-site cabinet repairs, assist with deliveries, support our shop team, and help ensure top-quality service to our builder clients.

What You’ll Do: 
  • Perform on-site cabinet repairs and finish touch-ups
  • Visit job sites to troubleshoot installation issues and support builder relationships
  • Assist with cabinet deliveries, verify materials, and unload as needed
  • Support shop operations with cabinet assembly or minor modifications
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and shop
What You Bring:
  • Experience in cabinet installation, carpentry, or woodworking
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Good communication and a professional, customer-first attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work (stand, walk, bend, climb ladders)
  • Comfort using hand and power tools
Preferred Experience (Not Required):
  • Construction site or renovation project experience
  • Familiarity with cabinet materials, brands, and hardware
  • On-site repair/service work experience
  • Ability to read cabinet layout plans or blueprints
  • OSHA safety training or vocational carpentry training
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
