The Reserve at Shoe Creek, a Class A Apartment Community in Central, Louisiana is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper. The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the grounds, pool, and clubhouse for the community.  This position is full time, non-exempt (hourly/non-exempt).  Typical hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities/Skills/Duties:
  • Maintains a clean appearance of the grounds, clubhouse, office & common areas
  • Assist with the cleaning of the on-site model apartment
  • Assist with keeping the parts and storage areas organized and secured
  • Participate in the apartment make ready process as needed
  • Operate in accordance with Federal Fair Housing guidelines
  • Abide by OSHA standards
  • Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications/Experience Requirements:
  • Ability to light manual labor and duties included above
  • Previous Grounds keeping experience preferred
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
