Service Manager
Overview
The Service Manager provides leadership and support for our Pest Management Professionals (PMPs) in both the field and office. This role oversees 7 to 13 PMPs, ensuring high-quality service, professional development, and operational efficiency. The Service Manager plays a key role in maintaining our reputation as the premier pest control provider in the Pacific Northwest.

Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and mentor assigned Service Technicians.
- Evaluate work quality and service delivery.
- Optimize schedules for efficiency and preparation.
- Conduct performance reviews with the Branch Manager.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance management.
- Perform vehicle inspections and ensure equipment readiness.
- Conduct field training and quality assurance checks.
- Ensure timely service completion in assigned territories.
- Hold regular one-on-one meetings with team members.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Plan and lead team meetings.
- Troubleshoot residential and commercial pest issues.
- Work with the Communication Center to ensure smooth coordination.
- Accurately complete paperwork and administrative tasks.
- Review and approve timecards, paid time off, and scheduling requests.
- Visit trouble accounts as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current pest control licenses/certifications.
- Ability to navigate customer locations, use ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Technical proficiency with computers, smartphones, and industry software (PestPac, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Flexible schedule (typical hours: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.), including some weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
💰 $78,000–$85,000 annually DOE + uncapped commission opportunities
Compensation: $78,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
