- Manage the Brand Ambassador's calendar, including scheduling meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate logistics for events, appearances, and promotional activities, ensuring smooth execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Brand Ambassador.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
- Provide on-site support during events or campaigns when needed.
- Research and evaluate potential visiting guests and make all necessary travel arrangements (flight, lodgingaccommodations, meals, transportation to and from the airport . . .)
- Coordinate travel and/or lodging arrangements for the Brand Ambassador. Prepare any Chef’s Garden literature, information packets, business cards, or other support materials as needed to ensure the success of the event and to fulfill the expectations of the event.
- Work with Sales and Marketing departments to coordinate customer tours of The Chef’s Garden and/or The Culinary Vegetable Institute, overseeing all aspects of the visit/tour with Marketing to optimize marketing and public relations opportunities.
- Work with Logistics Department for coordinating transportation to and from CLE Airport.
- Monitor, prioritize and summarize all forms of daily correspondence and incoming requests to the Brand Ambassador to ensure timely response and attention to all matters. Compose and format correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, meeting materials, etc.
- Maintain and publish the Brand Ambassador’s calendar and the Conference Room calendar.
- Maintain an inventory of The Chef’s Garden shirts, hats, etc. that have The Chef’s Garden logo and are distributed for guests.
- Take notes at meetings and distribute agendas and action items.
- Prepare gifts and/or welcome materials for visiting guests, top customers, partners, sponsors, etc. as requested by the Chief Revenue Officer & Brand Ambassador.
- Coordinate, as required, all collateral to support events such as trade shows, Chef’s Garden events, Culinary Vegetable Institute events, farm tours or other company-related events.
* 3-5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant type role
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive is required.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, including copy-editing and proofreading.
* Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and time management ability.
* Collaborative team player, creative, assertive, and a desire to learn.
