Qualifications of a Covey Caregiver:
 
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Measures the success in your day by the number of smiles you make happen.
  • Does the RIGHT thing even when it’s the hard thing to do.
  • Understands the importance of treating everyone with respect – participants, co-workers, community members – EVERYONE!
  • Has a deep desire to have coworkers who share your passion of helping others. 
  • Comfortable helping with personal care (bathing, toileting, eating, etc.)

For over 65 years, we have served individuals (ages 18-64) with disabilities and their families in the Fox Valley region. Our areas of expertise include respite care, skill building, community engagement, life enrichment, and volunteerism.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
