Qualifications of a Covey Caregiver:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Measures the success in your day by the number of smiles you make happen.
- Does the RIGHT thing even when it’s the hard thing to do.
- Understands the importance of treating everyone with respect – participants, co-workers, community members – EVERYONE!
- Has a deep desire to have coworkers who share your passion of helping others.
- Comfortable helping with personal care (bathing, toileting, eating, etc.)
