Peacock Alley is looking for a dynamic and optimistic individual with a proactive approach to help establish connections and boost retail sales.

Who Are We? 

Over the past 50 years, Peacock Alley has established itself as a premier luxury bed and bath linen company. Our collections are imported from the best mills in Italy, Portugal, and beyond, many of which have a history of textiles that spans generations. In our workroom in Dallas, Texas, we still hand-cut, sew, and embroider many cherished pieces.
 
A Day in the Life as an Inside Sales Specialist 

The Retail Team operates out of four showroom locations across the United States. The team is overseen by the VP of Customer Experience, and the Inside Sales Specialist reports to the Retail Store Manager. The Inside Sales Specialist's responsibilities include a dynamic blend of client communication, product knowledge, and multitasking. The day typically starts with reviewing emails and voicemails from clients and addressing inquiries about item availability, pricing, delivery times, etc. 
 
What Are We Looking For? 

This position may be ideal for you if you have experience working in a retail showroom and have demonstrated success in sales while prioritizing customer satisfaction. We seek a candidate open to adapting to changes in this fast-paced industry and committed to completing tasks. Strong time management skills are necessary; establishing industry connections would be advantageous.

Experience: two years of similar or related experience. 

Education: a high school education or GED. 

 How is the Work Schedule? 
 
The Sales Specialist position is full-time, typically working 40 hours weekly.
