The Office Assistant is responsible for administrative support to our Marketing Team, timely completion of projects and campaign tasks, and promotion of the various company brands. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain the archive of images, newsletters, and other historical information, including proper tags, definitions of tags, and catalog content.  

  • Assist with internal communication needs, including email setup, announcements, news, and on-hold messaging.

  • Prepare regular marketing, sales, and product reports. 

  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics/analytics for effectiveness

  • Participate in developing ideas to succeed with marketing campaigns and other projects as assigned.

  • Assist with ordering products and setting up for sales meetings. 

  • Assist with inventorying, ordering, and packaging retail products.

  • Take notes at marketing meetings and update assignments on project lists as needed.

  • Manager printers during large campaign printings, including re-stocking paper, toner, and fixing potential printer jams.

  • Display excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills with staff and guests alike.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned.      

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
