Summary of Duties: Successfully work in a team atmosphere fabricating pan channel letters for custom architectural products and sign systems in an accurate, timely way. Follow production schedule and guidelines to ensure efficient manufacturing or customer sign packages. Operate various tools such as jig saw, band saw, hand router, sanders, grinders, pan brake, 10' brake, table saw, miter saw, and Norlock.

- Pan channel letter fabrication
- Layout and form letters created from CNC files.
- Build letters by riveting or swedging.
- Caulk and punch weep holes.
- Trim capping
- File, form, and attach trim to pan channel letter.
- Assembly
- Align and attach letters to cabinet using pre-drilled holes and/or use provided fab pattern.
- Install LED lighting.
- Visual Management
- Maintain visual management boards daily.
- Acquire job skills to perform routine and non-routine tasks.
- Ability to learn and maintain established quality and quantity requirements.
- Read and understand blueprints in English.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
Related Duties:
- Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe work area.
- Contribute to the Letter Department results.
- Identify and report quality concerns.
- Maintain daily timesheets.
- Other tasks considered related to the position and as assigned by Supervisor.

Working Conditions:
Production work environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

Monday through Friday 7:00AM-3:00PM (regular schedule); 6:00AM-4:30PM (overtime schedule). Two (2) 15-minute paid breaks, one (1) 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Overtime available.
