The Smoothie King at near Pearland Pkwy and FM518 in Pearland is seeking Team Captains to work evenings during the week and on weekends.

If you want to work in a fun and energetic environment while helping others become more health-conscious, Smoothie King is the place for you!

Must have some management experience preferably in food service.

Responsibilities:

Deliver the highest quality product and service to our Guests
Lead by example and exemplify the Smoothie King standards of service and cleanliness at all times
Ensure timely completion of the Daily Duty List throughout the shift
Open, complete shift change, and close the location per Smoothie King’s standards
Communicate effectively with Management, the Guests, and fellow Team Members
Achieve goals set forth by the Manager and help ensure that other Team Members are also striving to reach the location’s goals
Become knowledgeable on all of Smoothie King’s products, including retail
Must have the ability to suggestively sell
Must be punctual
Must be available to work various shifts per week including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary

Requirements:

Expected to stand approximately 8 hours per day, lift products of <55lbs in weight, stoop and bend.

Employee must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens.

You will need an up-to-date food handlers card.

Background check required upon employment.
