The Smoothie King at FM 646 and I45 in League City is seeking full-time and part-time Team Captains to work anytime or evenings during the week and on weekends.

If you want to work in a fun and energetic environment while helping others become more health-conscious, Smoothie King is the place for you!

Must have some management experience, preferably in food service.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the highest quality product and service to our Guests
  • Lead by example and exemplify the Smoothie King standards of service and cleanliness at all times
  • Ensure timely completion of the Daily Duty List throughout the shift
  • Open, complete shift change, and close the location per Smoothie King’s standards
  • Communicate effectively with Management, the Guests, and fellow Team Members
  • Achieve goals set forth by the Manager and help ensure that other Team Members are also striving to reach the location’s goals
  • Become knowledgeable on all of Smoothie King’s products, including retail
  • Must have the ability to suggestively sell
  • Must be punctual
  • Must be available to work various shifts per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary
Requirements:

Expected to stand approximately 8 hours per day, lift products of <55lbs in weight, stoop, and bend.

Employees must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens.

You will need an up-to-date food handlers card.

Background check required upon employment.

Compensación: $12.00 per hour
