Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Center director.  A bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood education, or related field and management experience in a licensed childcare center is preferred.   We are looking for an individual with creativity that can bring positive management skills and lead a team of teachers.  
 
Responsibilities

·         Develop strong relationships with our staff, families and community 
·         Maintain accurate record-keeping, both state and GSI requirements 
·         Support staff in daily tasks and classroom management 
·         Manage and maintain child care services in accordance to DCF 
·         Team and Parent engagement

Travel

 
Support 7 schools in the Minnesota and Wisconsin Market and travel to each location as needed 
 

Qualifications

·         BA, BS Degree, or Master’s degree in Early Childhood education or education; Director qualified
·         Prior Managerial/Leadership experience in a child care setting 
·         CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain 
·         Outstanding customer service skills, ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills and handle a variety of situations effectively 
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
