EHR Specialist
Evergreen Family Medicine is committed to providing excellent care for your family with clinics in
Roseburg, Sutherlin and Myrtle Creek Oregon. Evergreen Family Medicine serves outpatient needs, including
Urgent Care, Family Practice, Women’s Health, Occupational Health, and school-based telehealth.
Evergreen Family Medicine is a Drug Free Workplace. All candidates that are offered employment will

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Maintains confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Adheres strictly to departmental standards and policies, including state and federal regulations.
• Communicates effectively and professionally with co-workers, manager and patients via phone, email and in person.
• Monitor, manage and troubleshoot all EHR issues.
• Perform administrative functions in EHR:
o System configuration and maintenance
o Upgrades and modifications to the EHR
• Perform the following EHR Superuser items:
o Add and disable users, manage user roles, and departments
o Monitors all EHR buckets, labeling, routing, and closing documents as needed
o Identifying and troubleshoot all errors
o Manage and keep practice bucket in EHR up to date
o Clinic optimization
o Create/modify clinical workflows through EHR
o Interface management
o Administrative and end user support
o Keep up to date on changes and enhancements to EHR
o Implement changes systematically as they are introduced
o Follow updates and release notes
o Review functionality with administration, providers, and clinical managers
o Clinical support
o Liaison between EHR and practice
o Best practice and utilization for providers, clinical staff, front office staff, and billing staff.
o Analyze workflows and standardize processes and protocols
o Map orders to CPT codes
o Manage encounter layout
o Manage/create provider profiles
o Create departments
• Implementation/Integration clinical applications such as:
o EHR Telehealth
o Dragon Medical One/Embedded
o TytoCare
o Phreesia
o Other Market Place Partners
•Training:
o All new hires
o Releases: Biweekly, Spring, Summer, and Fall
•EHR Reporting:
o Clinical
o Utilization
o Quality
o Management
o Financial
o Custom report
•All other duties as assigned.
•Ensures daily to promote an environment filled with

Qualifications and Skills:
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•1 year Clinical Experience, preferred
•2 years office experience; preferred
•Knowledge of computer and/or networking security systems, application, procedures and techniques
.•Communication, interpersonal, clerical, and organizational skills necessary to complete job duties
.•Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of the workplace.
Physical requirements:
•Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
•The employee is frequently required to walk; use hands and fingers, handle, or feel; and reach forward with hands and arms.
•The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
•Requires long hours of standing and moving.
•Must be able to lift up to 15 - 35 pounds at times.
•This job requires some travel between multiple Evergreen locations.

Compensation: $25.37 - $32.00 per hour
