Pay range: Up to $23/hour
Summary/Objective
HiHealthCare is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants and Nursing Assistants who are committed to providing optimal nursing care for patients of the local hospitals. These facilities are looking to staff a variety of units including med/surg, med/tele, ER, ICU, Neuro, Peds, and Psych. This role requires a blend of clinical skills, confidence, compassion, and teamwork. Working with a team of healthcare professionals, the CNA or NA may measure vitals, assist with ADLs, mobility, repositioning, and other tasks as needed. Although this position is classified as per diem, occasional to part-time hours are available.
Qualifications
- Nurse Aide Training from an approved program.
- One year of CNA or NA / HHA experience.
- Previous acute care experience is preferred for specialty areas.
- Current State of Hawaii CNA certification (if applicable)
- Ability to execute the patient’s plan of care.
- Ability to observe and report on the patients’ changing condition.
- BLS & First Aid
- Pass drug screen & criminal background check.
- TB clearance
- N95 fit test clearance
