Urological Associates of Savannah, P.C., a privately owned and operated 13 provider urology specialty practice has an opening for a Part Time, Pharmacy Technician for its Savannah location. Requires graduation from an accredited Pharmacy Technician program.  Candidate must have at least one year of retail pharmacy experience and possess strong computer and communication skills.  This is a benefitted position with paid holidays and paid time off.  No nights or weekends.  No on-call responsibility. General Summary of Duties

The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for efficient and safe organization and workflow in the pharmacy.  The Pharmacy Technician’s duties include pharmacy services, inventory management and other pharmacy duties in accordance with state or federal pharmacy laws.  The Pharmacy Technician will also provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service to Pharmacy customers. In addition, the Pharmacy Technician may perform limited pharmacy services and duties associated with the stocking, preparation, labeling, dispensing and delivery of medications and prepackaged or unit dose medications under the close supervision of the Clinical Nurse Manager and physician 

Education: High school graduate; Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician program

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy setting

Requirements: current Pharmacy Technician license
