Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our service center. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with scheduling service orders and routing service technicians. 
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team initiatives.
Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
