This position is responsible for picking/packing orders, organizing and replenishing stock, operating pick/pack equipment and other duties as assigned. This position requires a detail oriented focus and the ability to quickly and accurately fulfill orders; this person is accountable for meeting minimum performance expectations. They are expected to demonstrate positive behaviors at all times and work closely with a team of individuals, sharing the common goal of getting orders shipped out as quickly and accurately as possible. This person must also be able to adjust accordingly to work situations in order to meet business needs. Following safety guidelines is a critical function of this position.

Specific duties include, but not are not limited to: • Picking Orders • Packing Orders • Receiving Orders • Operating Light Machinery (hand-held scanners, mobile devices, pallet jacks, etc.) • Keeping work area clean, neat, and organized • Stacking totes, organize carts • Replenishing Stock • Following safety protocol

This is a physically demanding job. Physical requirements: • Lifting up to 50 lbs. • Ability to continuously walk on concrete surface • Climbing on ladders, lifting, kneeling, reaching below, reaching above, carrying, bending, pushing, pulling, stooping, standing, twisting, climbing, and grasping. Able to withstand a warehouse environment of cool temps in the winter and very warm temps on hot days.

Other requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Must be fluent in English • Must possess basic math skills

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
